Product Description

Cold Room Panels utilize polyurethane or polyisocyanurate as the core material due to their excellent thermal insulation properties. PIR offers superior thermal insulation (λ=0.022 W/m·K) and fire resistance (B1/B2 grade) due to its isocyanurate ring structure. It maintains stability in extreme temperatures (-196°C to +120°C), making it ideal for high-performance cold room panels. PUR provides good insulation (λ=0.023-0.026 W/m·K) and is cost-effective. Its versatility suits standard cold rooms. PIR outperforms PUR in fire resistance and thermal stability. PIR or PUR insulation layers are clad with color steel or stainless steel plates to minimize heat transfer caused by temperature differentials, ensuring the efficient operation of refrigeration systems. With a high degree of modularity, panels can be freely assembled to construct single or multiple cold rooms of varying sizes.
