Product Description

The Aluminum Tube are evaporator components made from high-thermal-conductivity aluminum alloy, used in cold storage rooms and cold chain logistics systems. They possess characteristics such as efficient heat conduction, corrosion resistance, sturdy structure, and easy installation. These tubes are widely applied in fields including food processing, pharmaceutical warehousing, and logistics distribution. They achieve rapid cooling by accelerating the sinking of cold air through the flue effect.

Special Structural Design
- Features an outer finned and inner threaded structure, significantly reducing the refrigerant charge.

- The aluminum fins are parallel to the aluminum tubes, forming a sheet-like shape. The formed aluminum tubes fix these sheet-like finned tubes in parallel, creating several parallel channels. When the refrigeration system is in operation, cold air forms a "flue" effect within the channels, accelerating its descent and enhancing convection, thereby achieving rapid cooling.

High Heat Exchange Efficiency
- The ratio of the projected area to the evaporation area of the aluminum tubes can reach 1:3 or 1:4, and they can be entirely installed on the ceiling of the cold storage room. This makes the heat exchange capacity per unit area more efficient and saves a certain amount of electrical energy consumption.
Maintain Food Quality
- Natural convection instead of wind blowing, resulting in less weight and humidity loss of food
- Little frost on the aluminium tubes and long defrosting cycle, leading to moderate and stable cold storage temperature
Lightweight
The weight-to-evaporator area ratio of the aluminum tubes is approximately one-sixth that of steel pipes. This facilitates installation and handling, reducing the burden on the building structure during the construction and renovation of large cold storages. It also makes it easier for construction personnel to perform installation operations.
