Rotor
Optimized Rotor Profile
- The rotor is the main moving part of the screw compressor. The male and female rotors of the SDL series compressors adopt the latest 5:6 gear ratio and fly-symmetric rotor profile, which have won multiple patents in various countries. They are formed by a dedicated high-precision rotor grinding machine, with high precision and stable quality.
High Efficiency
- Under continuous operation, the rotors can maintain the optimal clearance value to achieve high efficiency.
Bearing
Long Service Life
The male and female rotors are stably supported by high-precision large-frame bearings from internationally renowned brands, and are equipped with optimized oil circuits and mechanisms, which are stable and durable, effectively increasing bearing life. During operation, lubricating oil is injected into each bearing set in a differential pressure manner to ensure sufficient lubrication for the bearings.
Air Suction Filter
- The air suction port of low-pressure compressors is equipped with an air suction filter, which can filter out unclean particles and impurities in the system to prevent them from being sucked into the compressor and causing motor and rotor failures.
- Large-area air suction filters effectively reduce air suction pressure loss.
Motor and Protection Device
- Three-phase, diode, high-efficiency semi-hermetic asynchronous motor with insulation class F. Each phase winding is equipped with a PTC thermal resistor and a dedicated motor protection module to precisely monitor the coil temperature and motor rotation direction of the compressor motor, ensuring safe operation of the compressor.
- Suitable for Y reduced-voltage starting of the compressor.
