Heat Exchange Efficiency
The V-shaped structure significantly increases the windward area, while the internally threaded copper tubes combined with triangular arrangement design effectively improve heat exchange efficiency. The hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated fins further expand the heat exchange area, ensuring efficient heat transfer performance even in complex working conditions.
Structural Design
The shell is made of high-quality galvanized steel with spray coating treatment, which enhances corrosion resistance and service life. The integrally stretched large rounded corner high wind ring is adopted to minimize wind resistance and improve air circulation efficiency. Meanwhile, the V-shaped layout greatly reduces the floor space, making it suitable for installation in limited areas.
Operating Performance
It is compatible with 3P/380V/50Hz power supply, and multiple specifications of fans (φ630/φ800) and motor pole numbers are available to meet different working condition requirements. Customized power supply is available. With a test pressure of 32bar, the unit operates stably and reliably, ensuring long-term continuous operation without frequent failures.
Maintenance Characteristics
The components are arranged in a simple and reasonable structure, and the copper tube and aluminum fin structure is easy to disassemble and inspect. This design greatly reduces the difficulty of daily maintenance and maintenance costs, and improves the convenience of equipment maintenance.
