The outer water tray features a hinged lap joint design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope base accelerates drainage and prevents freezing. The inner water tray is fully covered with aluminum plates to reduce air bypass, enhance blower efficiency, and improve defrosting performance.
HEAT EXCHANGE TUBES
Equipped with high-efficiency internal threaded tubes from top-tier brands, optimized with an in-line triangular staggered arrangement for superior heat transfer efficiency.
FINS
Classic European-style sine wave corrugated aluminum fins increase air turbulence, significantly boosting air-side heat transfer capability.
Standard fin spacing of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 9.0mm, 8.00/16.00mm and 9.0/18.0mm cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
FAN MOTOR
Customized high-power external rotor fan motor, operational within a temperature range of -40°C to -60°C. Motor insulation class F ensures stable and reliable performance.
DEFROSTING
Electric defrosting or water defrosting. Low-power density stainless steel electric heating tubes are strategically arranged in the coil and inner water tray to ensure uniform heating, enhance defrosting effectiveness, and extend the lifespan of the heating elements.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
Uniquely customized electrical junction box with waterproof, fireproof, easy wiring, and pressure-resistant features.
HIGH AIR DUCT WITH INTEGRAL STRETCHING
By optimizing the airflow path, the air throw range is greatly extended, effectively covering all heat dissipation areas of the condenser, , ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the refrigeration system even in high temperature environments. Ensure smooth airflow while minimizing airflow resistance to a great extent, which allows the fan to operate without consuming excessive power to overcome resistance during operation, thus effectively reduces power consumption.
FACTORY TESTING
Each air cooler undergoes cleaning and inspection processes, followed by a 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery.
