Description:
The MKS series evaporative condenser is a high-efficiency heat exchange equipment, renovated and developed based on absorbing the most advanced heat-exchange technology abroad.
Working Principle:
1.Cooling Agents: Uses water and air to cool high-temperature gaseous refrigerant, converting it into liquid.
2.Internal Components:
Process Flow:
1.Cooling water is pumped and sprayed evenly on the condensing coil surface via the water distribution system, forming a thin water film.
2.High-temperature refrigerant vapor enters from the top of the coil; cooled liquid refrigerant is discharged from the bottom.
3.Heat exchange occurs between the refrigerant and the water/air outside the coil, with wind further improving efficiency.
4.Water that absorbs heat partially evaporates, and steam is expelled by the propeller fan.
5.Moisture in the air is collected by the dehydrator and returned to the basin.
6.Un-evaporated water flows to the wet deck, where its heat is removed by airflow, then converges in the basin for recirculation.
Automatic Water Replenishment:
A ball cock in the basin automatically refills cooling water when levels drop below a set point.
Convenient examine and repair
With large access door and sufficient inner room,maintainers can conveniently examine and repair the equipment inside it.
Slope basin with convenient cleanout
The slope of basin bottom to drain pipe can clean out the sewage and impurity conveniently
Low fault rate
Both propeller fan and water pump adopt high quality bearing, which is the only running part that hasfriction. The direct connecting structure of the propeller fan has the advantages of low transmission loss, low noise and low fault rate.
