Product Description

The evaporative condenser achieves heat dissipation and the condensation process through the evaporation of the sprayed water film and forced ventilation. Its characteristics of high efficiency, energy conservation, and water conservation have led to its widespread application in multiple fields, including refrigeration, chemical engineering, and electric power.

Working Principle

The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor requiring condensation is passed through the condensing coil tubes. Then, water is sprayed over the exterior of these tubes while forced ventilation is applied. This causes the water film on the surface of the tube bundle to evaporate. During this process, heat is transferred from the refrigerant vapor inside the tubes to the water film on the outside of the tubes and is subsequently dissipated into the atmosphere through evaporation.

Main Components
Tube Bundles: They are used to transport the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor that requires condensation.
Spray System: It evenly sprays water onto the surface of the condensing coil tubes, forming a layer of water film.
Water Baffle: It is employed to block water droplets carried by the evaporated water vapor, preventing them from entering the fan or subsequent systems.
Axial Flow Fan: It provides forced ventilation, enabling air to flow over the condensing coil tubes and the sprayed water film, thereby accelerating water evaporation.
Water Collecting Tank: It collects the unevaporated water after spraying and the water dripping from the water baffle for recycling.
Water Pump: It pumps water from the water collecting tank to the spray system, creating a circulation loop.

Convenient Examine and Repair: Humanized structural design with large access doors and sufficient inner room allows maintainers to conveniently examine and repair equipment inside. It enables examination and repair without stopping machine operation, facilitating inspection of nozzles and coils during operation.
Small Occupied Space and Low Whole Investment: Combines traditional condensers, cooling towers, circulating water pumps, basins, and connected pipes into one, requiring no additional equipment for normal operation. It has the advantages of small floor space and low investment.
Reliable Fixing Element: The cabinets are connected with stainless steel (304) bolts, offering superior corrosion resistance compared to ordinary steel bolts, ensuring long-term stable operation of the evaporative condenser.
Low Fault Rate: Both the propeller fan and water pump adopt high-quality bearings, with the propeller fan featuring a direct-connected structure, resulting in low transmission loss, low noise, and a low fault rate.
Slope Basin with Convenient Cleanout: The basin bottom slopes towards the drain pipe, facilitating easy cleaning of sewage and impurities.

Convenient Transportation and Installation: Adopts upper and lower cabinet standard component transportation and on-site installation, greatly facilitating product transportation and installation.

Quality Components

Condensing Coils: Made from high-quality φ25mm steel pipes with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. The coils undergo pneumatic testing in water at 2.5MPa three times to ensure no leakage. They are galvanized to prevent rotting, with a small slope to aid liquid discharge and a small differential pressure.
Electronic Water-Curing Device: To prevent scale, sterilize, and eliminate algae in circulating water
Water Circulating Pump: Features a high-quality mechanical seal without steering restrictions, ensuring no leakage and a long service life. Equipped with a special outdoor motor and imported bearings, it guarantees reliable long-term operation with low power consumption, high flow, and low noise.
Set Up Type Dehydrator: Made of specially designed non-corroding PVC material, it effectively removes humid air from the coil pipe by changing the airflow direction, reducing water drift rate to below 0.001%. It is convenient to disconnect for cleaning raw materials.
PVC Wet Deck: Features a specially designed PVC honeycomb-type filling with a compact air-inlet structure. This design rapidly removes heat from the water, with a unique filling flow path that forms a large-area flowing water film on the filling surface, extending cooling time in the filling and improving cooling efficiency. It has advantages such as low wind resistance, aging resistance, deformation resistance, and low wind resistance coefficient.
Propeller Fan: The ventilation system adopts an aluminum alloy propeller fan dedicated for cooling towers, featuring a streamlined air inlet, low wind resistance, large air volume, low noise, high efficiency, and a fully enclosed self-cooling low-noise cooling tower motor. It has advantages such as small size, light weight, good starting performance, reliable operation, and long service life.
Advanced Water Distribution System: Uses large-flow anti-blocking nozzle tips to ensure even water distribution. The sprayed water on the coil surface maximizes coverage under wind action, enabling sufficient heat exchange between water, air, and refrigerant to improve heat transfer efficiency.
High-Quality Materials: The product shell is made of Shanghai Baosteel aluminum-plated zinc plate, which features strong heat resistance, deformation resistance, and a beautiful appearance.
